Within a few days after the assessment, a report describing the results is drawn up. The results are described in a clear, carefully phrased, and behavioural manner, often on the basis of a number of vocational abilities. The report always includes a summary of the strengths and development needs. Depending on the client’s assessment goals, Rake advises on the degree of suitability for the position, on development potential or describes appropriate career alternatives.

Rake adheres to the code of conduct laid down by the Dutch Institute of Psychologists (NIP). Important conduct codes include the clause that a candidate is entitled to block the report and that the results of the assessment cannot be used without his explicit consent. The candidate will always receive a copy of the report. Rake will destroy the data files after two years.
