Career assessment
A career assessment is designed to make an inventory of the candidate’s career alternatives and potentials. The candidate himself and not a specific position is point of departure here.
On the basis of an analysis of the candidate’s personality, motivation, capacities and vocational interests, advice will be provided about functions and organisations that would do the candidate best justice. This analysis obviously takes account of educational background and work experience.
