Development assesment
Development assessment
The object of a development assessment is to make an inventory of strengths, points for improvement and development needs, with the candidate’s current or desired new position as a reference point.

The candidate is advised in what way he or she could give meaning to further development, for example by taking extra courses, by training or by coaching. Rake will not provide advice on the candidate’s suitability for the job.
Career assessment
A career assessment is designed to make an inventory of the candidate’s career alternatives and potentials. The candidate himself and not a specific position is point of departure here. On the basis of an analysis of the candidate’s personality, motivation, capacities and vocational interests, advice will be provided about functions and organisations that would do the candidate best justice. This analysis obviously takes account of educational background and work experience.
