A recruitment and selection procedure includes a job assessment in which an inventory is made of the candidate’s strengths, points for improvement and development needs related to a specific job.

Rake will advise to which extent the candidate’s talents would be used best in a particular job and in a particular organisation.

The results of the assessment are taken into account – but are not necessarily conclusive – for the final appointment decision. In addition to educational background, work experience, and the interviews conducted by the client, the results of a job assessment are an extra source of information. The final decision whether there is a ‘match’ is up to the client and the candidate.
